What you get
A map made for your property
We turn your site plan into a clickable map and set up your stalls. You are not asked to draw anything.
Assignments, permits, visitors
Assign stalls to residents, print hang tags, look up a plate, track visitor passes and violations, and keep a waitlist by space type.
A spreadsheet view
A Sheet view that works like the spreadsheet your staff already keep, with the map and the sheet always showing the same data.
Your residents' details stay with you
Topos runs on one computer in your office. Names, units, plates and permits are saved in a folder on that computer. We never receive them, and the app does not send them anywhere. This website holds only the app download and its instructions.
What you need
- A Windows 10 or 11 computer in the office that is on during business hours.
- A site plan or a clear screenshot of the property. We make the map from it.
- Your list of units, residents and parking items, as a spreadsheet.
